Refund/Return/Exhange/Lost Packages Policy

Generally we don't offer refunds or returns, but if there is something wrong with your order please reach out to us using the contact form above and we'll sort something out asap! 😊

Please be advised that Bramblepot is not responsible for lost packages or damages from transit. We'll try to make it right but cannot assume responsibility once the package leaves our hands to the post office. 

How long before I get my order?

We ship all orders out weekly!

If you're in Canada, it could take a week or two depending on how close you are to where we are located.

If you're in United states, times can be similar to Canada but can take up to 2-3 weeks sometimes depending on shipping times or delays.

Internationally, usually should get there by 3 weeks, but should allow up to 4 before you think it might be lost..

My package got returned, what are my options?

Send us an email and we can sort something out. You will have to pay the shipping cost to send it to you again.

I have an error in my order, what should I do?

Send us an email immediately with the contact form above or using info@bramblepotshop.ca and we'll get it all sorted out and fix a wrong address, or wrong quantity or forgotten item.

Do you offer wholesale?
